I have been working in a humanitarian organization for the past eighteen years, focusing on children and communities where the government has limited reach. I am passionate about working with children, providing capacity-building training, life skills development, and leadership skills to youth and women's groups.
I aim to ignite passion in children and professionals who do not enjoy their work.
I am a full-time career coach, content creator, and freelance trainer for a financial awareness program aimed at CBSE teachers and government employees. However, my true passion is guiding children to find careers they love and helping them climb the ladder of success.
My vision is "a world where every child will follow their dreams with interest."
My mission is "to ensure that 1 million teenagers receive clear career guidance to become productive citizens."

Being indecisive and unsure of what path to follow and lead your career with when there are options laid out in front of you would be a real hurdle for anyone to overcome. Without proper guidance one can go astray from their ideal career. From the counseling session i had with Anupama ma'am did not just put me on track towards my goal career, it made me grasp the idea of what my weaknesses and my strength are in. The fact that the session not only giving me the idea of what i should pursue but also portraying the full map of what lies ahead for the path i choose; does not come short of a five star rating. I would recommend career counseling for anyone unsure and need a clarity in their career path.

Career counseling is often neglected, with most students choosing careers based on peer influence or parental expectations. However, it offers much more than just career advice — it helps individuals discover themselves. For me, it was a similar experience. Initially, I was nervous and unsure about the whole process, but Anupama ma’am was incredibly patient and thorough. She explained everything clearly and meticulously, making it easy to understand. The assessment and its results were surprisingly accurate, offering valuable insights. Anupama ma’am took the time to explain the results and their implications in a simple, relatable way. Even in online session I could understand things in a nice way. At last, career counseling with Anupama ma’am goes beyond expectations, providing clarity for our next steps and also helping us understand ourselves better. I will be grateful to ma'am for this.
